InsuranceINTEL is a subscription-based website that provides comparative tables of life & health insurance and investment products as well as other resources to support the process of product development, market analysis and competitive intelligence. The website is available in English and French. InsuranceINTEL is a division of Éditions du Journal de l’assurance inc.

Intellectual Property

No content or material, either in electronic or print form, obtained from InsuranceINTEL may be redistributed to anyone who is not an internal employee of the company that subscribed to the service. InsuranceINTEL reserves the right to revoke the membership of users found violating this condition.

User Access

Each user is required to have an account (sharing is not permitted). The InsuranceINTEL website is protected by access control software that monitors the traffic by username. A username and a password used by more than one person can result in additional subscription fees or the revocation of membership.

Access to the data contained within InsuranceINTEL is limited to users with an active license and subscription level associated to the data extracted. Should a user no longer have an active account and subscription level associated to the data extracted, he/she no longer has the right to this data and must delete all instances of this data as soon as his/her subscription level has expired or is terminated. Data includes any digital, physical, or printed files such as spreadsheets, PDFs, image files, screen prints, screenshots, word processing documents, paper copies, or any form of data that falls within the spirit of information captured from InsuranceINTEL.

InsuranceINTEL, like the other divisions of Éditions du Journal de l’assurance inc., has a strict privacy policy. All personal information is kept confidential, and we do not share any personal information with anyone outside our company.

InsuranceINTEL maintains a log of website usage in order to better understand the needs of its clients and to improve its services.
